A few years ago Susan and I rode to Maggie Valley, NC for an event sponsored by the International Fellowship of Motorcycling Rotarians. We basically rode 7,000 miles to join the group for a two day ride. We rode the “Tail of the Dragon”, the Cherohala Skyway and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We had planned to go coast to coast but Hurricane Ida changed our plans. On the way home we stopped for a couple of days in Santa Fe, NM. I went out early one morning hoping to get some interesting light, or at least an interesting view, of the Basilica. The light was flat so I wandered around town for a bit and stumbled upon this view. I thought this really depicted the town of Santa Fe.
