There is a small cove on the south end of Morro Bay.  The edge of it is surrounded by kayaks.  Some appear functional and some I am sure have not moved in years.  I was coming from taking photos of Morro Rock from the Montana de Oro side and drove through Los Osos.  The sun was well positioned for the boats on the one side of the cove.  Calm waters reflect a clear sky and a grassy shoreline dotted with colorful kayaks. Tall grasses frame the scene, adding to the peaceful atmosphere of the secluded spot.
